These flowers did not look anything like what I ordered online. They were pretty enough but they were nothing like what I ordered. It's a little disappointing to really love some thing on the website, order it, and then that's not what it is. I didn't get much help when I called on the phone either. I probably will not order from you again. I even sent the recipient a picture of what I ordered and they said it looks nothing like that

I understand about needing to substitute but the finished product looks nothing like the Teleflora arrangement advertised on your website. No roses, very little silver add ons, substituting lillies which sometimes aggrevate allergies, can't see the “keepsake” container? Very disappointed.

The plant was delivered Monday. Unfortunately it was left in the back of the house and not found until Wednesday night. I'm not sure why it was not left at the front door. It looks like a beautiful basket but it suffered from the cold.

The flowers in the picture don't look like the flowers I ordered. Some of them look like they're dying and wilting! And where is the Happy Birthday sign?? I am very unhappy with these flowers, especially for the amount of money I spent on them!

If I'm rating this picture based on what I chose, I'm disappointed with the arrangement. I appreciated you letting me see the flowers before it's delivered, it looks nothing like the online display I ordered.

I was actually a little upset about the order. I paid $380 for the flowers for my dad's casket the picture was sent to me the day before the funeral and it was completely wrong I had to drive down to the flower shop to wonder why there were no yellow roses no sunflowers it wasn't even the arrangement that we picked out of the book which I think is a little ridiculous. When I went down to say that I didn't like the arrangement the owner seemed like he had an attitude but you can't be mad that somebody paid $380 for a funeral arrangement and you guys pretty much just did whatever you wanted and then he explained to me that he hasn't been able to get yellow roses for a MONTH which he should have told me that when we ordered it and then he told me that he got sunflowers in that day so if I had never went down there wouldn't be any sunflowers in the arrangement... For the amount of money that you guys want you should really try and make sure that people's orders are correct especially when it's for a funeral. And it's fine if he didn't have the flowers but a call I would have appreciated and again for the amount of money that I paid and the fact that I don't know it was for MY DADS FUNERAL!

I see two open lillies and one closed. The rest carnations and greens. It's looks like a pretty sad arrangement. I'm embarrassed this is showing up in my name at a funeral home.

Yet again nice flowers but this is not the color pink I asked for. I specifically said the light pink roses in the order comments and the order itself were the light pink roses but salvi florist continues to display they don't care there just going to send you whatever they have in the end. Very disappointing

The flowers were very fresh which was great The arrangement was not for a birthday celebration I did mention that the flowers were for a very special birthday It looked very sombre Be careful when ordering The gentleman who took the order should have been more helpful

I understand that not all flowers are available, but this feels like a huge step down from what I ordered. Carnations are not a replacement for roses or Gerber daisies. I'm afraid I'm very disappointed. I do like getting a photo

I sent birthday flowers to 11 Lincoln street and also received flowers for my bday at 102 Jefferson they look beat up. The flowers do not look good at all, not sure what's going on since Salvy's has always been great quality.

Not what I originally ordered. Wanted a Peace Lily and per Anthony, the Peace lily received were small. So I was offered this meager flower. Buyer beware. Don't order from here if you live out of state.

The original pic had 3 mauve roses which I loved. I wrote if you runout of mauve you can add pale pink. Add not substitute. Was not expecting 2 antique pink roses and 1 red carnation. I ordered a medium and this looks less than the small size online. Lov
