I talked with someone I think on March 28 to order flowers for Curtis 19 parsons Drive, Swampscott. I had wanted the large arrangement posted on your website, in the yellow glass cube. Since you told me it was not available I was told there was a lovely

Gotta say, I am disappointed. When I ordered, the bouquet was supposed to have "orange roses, hot pink gerberas, carnations and matsumoto asters" what was sent had no gerbs, pink roses not orange, and no asters. Much more generic than I would expect for

This really looks different from what I ordered. One of the reasons I picked that arrangement was because it had a dark brown basket and alot of roses. It didn't look too "funerally" on your website. This looks very different to me.

The arrangement is pretty, but I specifically selected the arrangement because the picture showed several stargazer Lilly's. I don't see any in the photo of what was delivered.

Not in a yellow pitcher as pictured. I chose the arrangement and your business because the pitcher would go with her new decor. I could have purchased the glass vase from a mail order business. Flowers look fine ...misleading advertising!!!
