This is nothing like the Good luck charm bouquet that I ordered. Tiffany thanked me for it and said it was cute but she had no idea what I really ordered. I'm very disappointed. Diane Poniatowski

Way too much greenery in the base overwhelming the orchids. Exactly what I said I did not want. This was for my wife's 50th birthday. Really disappointing.

This does not match the online description -- Like sunshine on a cloudy day! This arrangement of sunflowers, hydrangea, spray roses, trick, and accents of lily grass blades. Where are the roses, hydrangea?? It looks like 3 sunflowers for $80. :-(

You sent the picture after it was too late to make changes. I'm not pleased with this arrangement at all. It's not balanced and the 2 white roses that I see are right next to each other. I'm very dissatisfied. The angel is even crooked.

Arrangement not up to your usual high quality standards. Tulips were jammed into a vase that was too small...never opened...and showed decay as of Saturday afternoon. Probably will throw out tonight. Chuck Cousineau

These flowers were a disgrace. The recipient called and complained because so many of the flowers were browned and wilted. However, we do appreciate that you refunded our money. Nevertheless, it was a disappointing and embarrass experience.

These are lacking in blue flowers! The arrangement looks sparse compared to the photo and frankly, the hydrangea is not blue enough. It looks like it was added at the end as an after thought, making the whole arrangement look lopsided. I've been shopping

I'm underwhelmed by the arrangement! I am not too happy about it. Looks cheap & don't care for this floral selection. I probably should have just sent a dozen roses with baby's breath. The arrangement Ichise does not closely resemble preview picture
