These are lacking in blue flowers! The arrangement looks sparse compared to the photo and frankly, the hydrangea is not blue enough. It looks like it was added at the end as an after thought, making the whole arrangement look lopsided. I've been shopping

I'm underwhelmed by the arrangement! I am not too happy about it. Looks cheap & don't care for this floral selection. I probably should have just sent a dozen roses with baby's breath. The arrangement Ichise does not closely resemble preview picture

This arrangement looks nothing like the picture...I'm disappointed. I have been a customer for so many years and love all of the arrangement I have ordered....but this picture of flowers is not what I ordered. Feel so dissatisfied.

Hi, While I do appreciate the photo, this arrangement seems to be off compared to the image when ordering online. There are no white flowers in this arrangement, is that by mistake? The colors also seem to be much darker (perhaps closer to dying?).

We've been using Ashland Addison Florist for a while now due our satisfaction with arrangements. I have to say, though, that this was a disappointing photo to receive for a $75 arrangement. It looks like a lot of green and filler.

vase was fill to top with water and water was leaking everywhere plus a piece of the vase broke off when we took it out of the box.

Not the best from the usual value of Ashland Addison. My grandparents, mother and we have dealt with AA since 1932! Although the Mother's Day gift was nice, it certainly was not worth $120. More like $50.Very disappointed.Looked better in picture

Unfortunately they did't look like the one I saw originally on the website. The coler I was going for was more pastel pink and there was no carnations but hydrangea flower. This doesn't look as pretty and expensive as the on I was looking at.

I've used Ashland Addison Florist twice. The first time was to a business and it went perfect. The second time went to a home address and the delivery person had a combative conversation and the card was not as I had written.

The order taker stated that the stand would have ribbons of the Cubs colors on it. There would no ribbons. Very disappointed that the stand looked so plain. I saw the story in the Tribune that show the ribbons and a big bow . Also your picture on the web
