We left you a message last week and have been waiting to hear from you since. We are truly sorry to hear your recipients did not receive the package we delivered. Please know we have every best intention in successfully completely every order. Our drivers use their best judgment before leaving a package outside and we also accept full responsibility if anything happens to that package so, as I mentioned to you on the phone, we would never charge you for something that was not received.
Since we did not hear back from you this past week, we issued a full credit on Friday so it may take a day or so to appear.

Very disappointed that my wife did not get the order until nearly 2:30PM on a Friday, which meant there was practically no time for her to enjoy them in her office. The excuse given by the AAF representative was very inadequate.

This is terrible. We send flowers for a special occasion. I specifically told the person on the phone that we wanted an UPSCALE arrangement, which I upgraded from a $79.99 arrangement to $125.00 + $12.50 shipping. Are they serious? This is terrible.

I am disappointed that the flowers are in a vase. The picture and description online stated and showed the floral arrangement in a smiley face mug. I would not have chosen this arrangement if this was the case.

Flowers NEVER showed up. I received a call this morning stating that you couldn't deliver to a business because your trucks left and it had to be residential. It's after 6 and still nothing. I'll be contacting for a refund.

I don't see any roses, the one I ordered had a few roses and the agent I spoke with confirmed that. This does not look like the larger $90 version either. Very disappointed. This looks very cheap....
