I am little disappointed since I ordered the fruit and goodie basket-SKU:BFM and there was no fruit in the basket that I can see.

I was embarrassed when I saw this minuscule arrangement at my friend's home last night. I would never have selected it had I known it would be so tiny. I would like my money refunded as the value was not there!

The daisies look mistreated. It all looks like it was just mushed in the cup. No consideration seemed to be given. I'm not pleased at all.

The worst service ever. I ordered a specific design and they sent a completely different design, different color, different type of flowers and different arrangements. I called them and they said that they are sorry but the flower were not available!!!

Very disappointed in the arrangement, especially given the price. The above arrangement was the second one, because the first one was done so poorly. Would be hesitant to use Ashland Addison in the future.

18 tulips for $100 is outrageous. I believe there should have been far more tulips in the vase. the flowers are pretty but this should have been far less money. The blue bow does not relate to the flowers...it distracts from them.

Unfortunately I bought these flowers on Thursday and they started getting brown within 24-48 hours. The lillies were beautiful at first but not sure if it was worth the money.

Terribly disappointed and frankly actually embarrased. I upgraded and ordered the large bowl and it was so small, doubt even 5 inches in diameter. Hardly an adequate tribute for a Wonderful Aunt. Also, several of the flowers wilted the very next day...

The order process and delivery were efficient and timely, but I was disappointed with the arrangement. I had requested bright pink roses, not mini pale pink roses and lime green flowers..perhaps hydrangea, not white alstroemeria and grey green eucalyptus

This looks NOTHING like the beautiful photo advertised with the lovely orchids. The roses here look like you just grabbed them from the supermarket. I didn't pay for roses......I paid for orchids

This does not look at all like your picture. This is a skimpy arrangement. Not worth $125.oo I'm extremely disappointed and am embarassed by this arrangement for such an important occasion.

To be honest, I am disappointed. I expect more for $100 (yes, including delivery). They were not "fragrant" as promised and few of them could be called "premium". Some of the more fragile petals are came bent. I'm sorry, you have been my "go to" floris
