The order process and delivery were efficient and timely, but I was disappointed with the arrangement. I had requested bright pink roses, not mini pale pink roses and lime green flowers..perhaps hydrangea, not white alstroemeria and grey green eucalyptus

The online picture shows a birchlog and 4 flowers - where is the birch log ? This is not what was in the picture? I am extremely disappointed and embarrassed to send this to some very special friends- advise- I will contact u for your response

This looks NOTHING like the beautiful photo advertised with the lovely orchids. The roses here look like you just grabbed them from the supermarket. I didn't pay for roses......I paid for orchids

This does not look at all like your picture. This is a skimpy arrangement. Not worth $125.oo I'm extremely disappointed and am embarassed by this arrangement for such an important occasion.

To be honest, I am disappointed. I expect more for $100 (yes, including delivery). They were not "fragrant" as promised and few of them could be called "premium". Some of the more fragile petals are came bent. I'm sorry, you have been my "go to" floris

Called for your half off special u emailed me and was told u were sold out. I still ordered and ask for same thing. Your picture you advertised was pink and white. I would never have ordered orange and purple. I hate this!

Flowers where not delivered at correct time of service, had to call to see what happen to flowers after services where over, the clerk took down wrong date of service and then they tried to deliver the flowers at the repast and still can't find the flower

So I requested a morning delivery- my plant was delivered at 3PM. I paid extra for an anniversary card, and the hand written note looked like a 5-year-old wrote it AND my name was spelled WRONG. My boyfriend recycled it. It was a waste of $80. I won't buy
