The photo does not convey the beautiful arrangement that I imagined... nor, does it make me feel that it is worth the money that I paid(with delivery)... hopefully it is prettier than that in reality!

This is alright, but not worth the $50+ I paid for it. I can get this size cactus from my local produce store or grocery store for around $15, so I expect more from Ashland Addison Florist. Additionally, I asked for light pink blooms and a white ribbon, s

It's almost 2pm on my anniversary day and my wife still hasn't gotten her flowers.next time I'll just pick some up on the way home from work. Not happy with the service at all.

I ordered this flower arrangement because the sample picture did not show hydrangeas. In fact I discussed at length with the nice young man on the phone that I had specifically ordered this arrangement because it didn't have hydrangeas. I love hydrangeas

Pic had shown blue/white flowers.if you didnt have what was shown, then you could've used fall colors, NOT PINK . VERY disappointed.

When I saw this I called and had it changed. Luckily it hadn't gone out yet. It did not look at all like the one I ordered that was in your on line photos. I asked for a clear vase with a banana leaf rather than the orange vase you were suggesting. But

These flowers looked a lot better in person however they were dying by the next day. However, I did call and Ashland sent a different arrangement that was beautiful. Just wished the "BIRTHDAY" flowers would have lasted more than one day.

This is absolutely NOT what was ordered. See T171-1 Pure Happiness. Look at both side by side.....I realize the arrangement can differ slightly, but I do not see any Red Roses....C'mon now Please redo to simulate above arrangement, and deliver today.

Wish I had thought to ask how many calla lillies the less expensive version included. Was disappointed to see that I got 4 callas for $70. That's almost $20/flower! Live and learn
