The balloon pick was bigger than that arrangement, $30.00 plus $5 for a balloon pick. Oh well live and learn

This was a very expensive bouquet our company sent to express our sympathy to an employee's mom. I was so disappointed to see a lot of green filler and hardly any roses as previously sent. Very sad arrangement.

I ordered this flower arrangement because the sample picture did not show hydrangeas. In fact I discussed at length with the nice young man on the phone that I had specifically ordered this arrangement because it didn't have hydrangeas. I love hydrangeas

When I saw this I called and had it changed. Luckily it hadn't gone out yet. It did not look at all like the one I ordered that was in your on line photos. I asked for a clear vase with a banana leaf rather than the orange vase you were suggesting. But
