Advertisements are very deceiving total flowers are shown on one side not the whole bouquet terrible customer service after they hung up on me. I would not recommend this organization

That definitely does not look like what the picture showed. It has about third of the flowers and they aren't even the same color. I'm not pleased.

These are one of the best customers, this arrangement has no color, they love tropical, but no birds of paradise, red flower. Just surprised. An arrangement was also sent to the peninsula hotel for a dinner, that arrangement was what I expected.

I ordered the Delux,option. This doesn't look like the delux versuon!

Arrangement is too dark! Prefer more bright and cheerful colors for a 90th birthday!

Our tulip arrangement did not come in the beautiful square glass vase, instead one of color and much smaller. Was disappointed in the size and the tulips

My daughter loved the candle, balloon and flowers thank you! I appreciate you accommodating an earlier than on your schedule delivery and going back shortly again after she didn't answer as she was on a zoom meeting. 2nd time I've used you for her Birthday and it was great! See you next year!

I appreciate the photo. The arrangement pictured on line has daisies with yellow centers. The arrangement that is being delivered to my friend includes mums with dark or green centers. I selected the arrangement on line because it included daisies. The delivered arrangement is disappointing and does not meet my expectations.

These feel like St Patrick's Day leftover flowers with the green ribbon and the yellow/green flowers.. not satisfied/happy with them.

NOT AS NICE AS OTHER BOUQETS IVE ORDERED IN THE PAST. NOT A VERY BALANCED BOUQUET. LOOKS LIKE THEY WERE JAMMED IN A VASE. SORRY, NOT GOOD. NEWEY

Not what I ordered. I a dozen orange rose's with white alstromeria.please correct your mistake. I asked and checked that you had those flowers. Very unhappy.

Looks nothing like the lovely basket I saw on example. The tall yellow flowers will most certainly not last past a few days! Not happy with this arrangement. You've done much better in the past!!

I like getting a preview. Thats a great touch but my sister ordered these and I'm a little disappointed. All the lilies are clumped together. The flowers aren't nicely distributed in the arrangement.

I am disappointed that pink & white stargazer lily's were used. I called, spoke to someone and was informed that the arrangement was loaded on the truck and that it would be pulled off & be changed to red or white lily's instead. I was also informed that a pic would be sent afterwards which I never received. My nephew sent me a pic of it and that is how I know that it was never changed. I do like receiving a photo of it.

Definitely does not look like the advertised photo. The flower look wilted.

Arrived, looking tired/wilty. Almost ALL flowers had to be thrown away, Tuesday!!! = barely lasted. Looked a lot better, in picture, on website!!! Please Refund!!! For the amount that I paid; those flowers should have lasted more than one day!!!
