I was very upset with this because I did not order this. My order included 2 balloons, an elephant, flowers that would include white and light blue in a block that would look like it is blue. Nothing of what I wanted and sadly cannot go back and get somet

The flowers delivered were a rag bag of red flowers, mainly carnations, and not at all what was ordered. I texted the company and the agent through which they were ordered, from Engkand, and nobody replied. Very poor. I would not use either again. I only

Unfortunately this order was placed through a third party and we were not given your phone number so that we may speak with you. We also were give allowance for substitutions so we apologize if you were not aware of that. We will attempt to send you another email; hopefully you will receive it.

Used you for many years and then was disappointed about 3 years ago. Decided to try you again and again was disappointed. I was underwhelmed by the size and beauty. My wife even commented on it. Unlikely I will be using you in the future.

The flowers were delivered 5 hours prior to scheduled time and last night my wife showed me half were dead already 2 days. I gave photos. I have been using the best florist ever for 2 decades. I would appreciate a call 847 676 4242.

I ordered a plant for a funeral never received staff was rude because the next day was Sunday and they had no deliverys on Sunday will never use this service not to mention my original order was not available after I paid my money poor customer satisfacti

The flower arrangement they delivered looked nothing like the image shown online. They used different flowers, which looked like they were dying. Not very happy since this arrangement was on behalf of a company.

This looks much cheaper than what is on the internet. There is no burlap bow shown on the internet and it looks like there are significantly less flowers. I'm very disapointed.

I was very dissappointed with the arrangement. The roses looked like they were dying and the entire arrangement did not look as beautiful as it could have or like the other arrangements. The arrangement was on the expensive side and did not look it.

This was supposed to be an succulent container. Not at all what I expected. I hate purple and yellow. Very cheesy basket. Extremely disappointed for $100. I had asked for a variety of succulents and this is a bunch of other stuff with maybe one succulent
