not impressed. purple flower looks wilted; can't tell what the vase looks like, is it plastic? was told this was going to be a glass vase. Looks like more filler than flowers - very disappointed for the amount of $$ spent.

You spoiled the surprise of these flowers by sending this survey and other notifications before the flowers arrived. This has happened on earlier occasions as well. If it happens again, we will NOT use Ashland- Addison again.

I visited my Mother today and was very disappointed in the arrangement. After only two days the roses are wilting as well as the lilies and sweet peas. This arrangement should last longer than two days.

The flowers were delivered 5 hours prior to scheduled time and last night my wife showed me half were dead already 2 days. I gave photos. I have been using the best florist ever for 2 decades. I would appreciate a call 847 676 4242.
