I like getting a preview. Thats a great touch but my sister ordered these and I'm a little disappointed. All the lilies are clumped together. The flowers aren't nicely distributed in the arrangement.

I am disappointed that pink & white stargazer lily's were used. I called, spoke to someone and was informed that the arrangement was loaded on the truck and that it would be pulled off & be changed to red or white lily's instead. I was also informed that a pic would be sent afterwards which I never received. My nephew sent me a pic of it and that is how I know that it was never changed. I do like receiving a photo of it.

I do appreciate getting the photo. I am disappointed with the arrangement. Not a great color or flower selection

Definitely does not look like the advertised photo. The flower look wilted.

Arrived, looking tired/wilty. Almost ALL flowers had to be thrown away, Tuesday!!! = barely lasted. Looked a lot better, in picture, on website!!! Please Refund!!! For the amount that I paid; those flowers should have lasted more than one day!!!

Most of the lillies are not bloomed. There is way too nuch greens and not enough flowers. I do not like the taller flowers, it looks like filler. This does not look anything like the photo of what I ordered.

Won't order from here again. Arrangement was not even close to what I ordered. I was embarrassed to have it delivered.

This is different from what I had ordered. Flowers and vase look good. I had ordered 3 Mylar balloons Stuffed animal was to be a TRex. Can this be corrected?

Not overwhelmed by any means by the size of the arrangement for $124. And it's not very pretty. Appreciate you getting this out today but unlikely to use this florist again. Thankful I didn't do $75 or I would have been embarrassed.

paid for a beautiful bouquet for a family member in mourning was told it will arrive this afternoon and has not arrived. now with it being a holiday weekend i fear they will receive dead flowers.tried to call store is closed and did not receive a tracking number. not happy!

The person taking my order did not update the address as I had provided instead they used the previous address in the system. Therefore my flowers were not delivered to the appropriate address
