Disappointed !?!!! I asked Specifically for 7 large clean simple white cala lily that would go in recipients on vase or vessel .

I wish it looked fuller, closer to the picture. And you can barely see the cross. I understand the arrangement will not be exactly the same as the picture but majority of the flowers are not open.

I am NOT seeing the "orchard" plant!! What happened???

This is NOT the arrangement I ordered! I ordered the Golf/Fairway arrangement! Please refund my money or replace with golf!

This is not what I expected at all. It is dark and ugly and what is with the motorcycle. I will need something totally different.

The bottom white flower looks damaged. Can you please replace it with a fresh flower.

This is not at all what the picture on the site looked like, while I understand the statement “The product pictured reflects our original design for this product. While we always try to follow the color palette, we may replace stems to deliver the freshest bouquet possible…” this arrangement is completely different from what I thought I was purchasing. I will not be ordering from here again.

Can I just get my refund

This is not what I asked for the gaps are still there the one I order is full of of flowers. And it's to much purple nothing alike not even close

This looks nothing like the picture it has so many gaps that can be filled with more flowers . I have order with them before and flowers where beautiful I don't know why it's just not good at all today I just looked at the dancing beauty at they look nothing alike and I get the they will maybe not look Exactly I like but at least a big clothes there is a lot of flowers that are missing in my opinion it's just not worth the money that I paid for thumb

The driver only delivered the lily and had to come back with the rest of the order. Very disappointed in the lily. One plant has only 4 flower buds. The other plant is leaning sideways. The buds on the pussywillow branches have fallen off. Could have chosen better ones at the Jewel.

Eliminate the whites and add pinks… this is not like the original on your website!

They look nothing like the bright beautiful photo. There werent even any tulips… and this was supposed to be a spring themed Bouquet IN SPRING. There were instead Pink roses that were wilting along with all the green fillers that holes in them. Flowers were also sloppy and broken. Very disappointing.

The arrangement was lovely and full just like promised. A few of the fussy leaves at the bottom wilted but overall I and the family loved the bright colors. I will definitely order again from you guys and gals. Thanks so much.

That is the worst wrist corsage I have ever seen. I am not coming to pick that up. Cancel the order. I would give zero stars

If I am to be very honest....I am not happy at all. I have been ordering flowers from your company since about 2008 maybe earlier and I've always loved your flowers they always were so full of life if you want to say the Stargazer lilies were complemented by an array of beautiful colorful flowers and fillers flowers. My last order and this one I am not happy at all.

Sure your flowers are lovely but you have the wrong email address.

This is absolutely unacceptable- where are the lilies? The bulk and body? I have a photo of what I ordered - this is not it - I want condone to call and fix this. Or I will call if I don't hear back.

I am so angry and disappointed because this arrangement is not pretty at all, the colors do not go together well. I spent a lot of money for a special occasion and am embarrassed that this was sent.

I had requested two lilys maybe I didn't notice the other one but any case it was ok

I added 20 dollars extra to receive premium and I expected to see more flowers of higher quality for the extra $20.
