This is not what was sent to my friend. The yellow flowers were on the outside nothing was in the top of the vase. I did not see any of the stones in there. She sent me a picture of it. It was beautiful but not inside the vase or the stones on the bottom.

Unfortunately we were not overly pleased with this arrangement. We requested a Fall bouquet with fall flowers and fall colors and unfortunately we don't feel that is what we got. It was very bright. Thank you for asking.

First off, I am very disappointed you can't spell my last name correctly, nor did you correct it when I called to complain about the originally delivered flowers. It's STILL wrong. My last name is spelled "Thirtle". There is no "U" in Thirtle. Secondly,

I ordered the pink and purple weath for a women. The flowers were delivered a day late and the wrong color. I was very disappointed.

We wanted to let you know that the wreath was delivered one hour before the service began as that is when the church could accept it. However, we are terribly sorry for creating the wrong color scheme wreath. You did request the feminine wreath and that is our error. We look forward to talking to you and making this right.

Terrible...this is no where near close to the arrangement I ordered. And the resolution was to re-send the correct arrangement who does that??? Re-deliver Flowers? Then I asked for a partial refund which I though would be half NOT!! I was offered 15% then

This was $200.00? Where are the high end flowers? Peonies, cabbage roses, ???... etc. That's what I asked for, not this. A big beautiful, classic classy bouquet. Im upset.

Disappointing. For the amount charged this arrangement is pityingly small! I've done business with Ashland Addison since 1975; seems like the larger they grow the smaller the arrangements! I usually recommend them to friends & family as well, looks like

Not a fan ... my impression was that the that there were to be 8 of the same/very similar color peonies. This arrangements colors are too contrasting - ncluding white - and I only see 5, possibly 6 flowers. Not a very nice arrangement at all. Disappointed

Hello, I appreciate the flowers arriving on time. The floral arrangement was really beautiful. I was a little disappointed in the peace lily. 1. There was another peace lily delivered from the same florist that was beautiful with more than one peace

There were no white roses or purple roses in this mix unlike the advertised mix. I only counted 10 roses in the picture. I sure hope there were two more not showing in the photo. A bit disappointing.

Was upset did not receive what I had ordered from the website for a funeral, they should have given me a call at least to let me know they didn't have white roses or given me the option of choosing something else very disappointed.

Well the tulips look fresh but it doesn't exactly look like the picture I saw. It looks like someone just shoved those in a small vase! Sorry but I'm not happy. I sent these to brighten someone's day! I'm disappointed.

I asked for a pink plant...not white! It is listing and is not straight. What why would you send such a scrawny looking plant? I am not happy.
