Service is great but the pic doesn't depict what I chose. The gold ribbon is a bit much.

I would have preferred a softer blue ribbon, plus a higher quality crackers than Carr's. Also, at least one other cheese selection. I can't tell what else is in the basket besides the items out front. I would expect some sort of nuts and several other products at least. I'll have a better chance to review this product once I get feedback from the recipients, if you're interested.

There are no roses in your arrangement although the one on your website showed and said there would be roses. However, this is still pretty, and I do like that you send me a picture,

When I asked for a red bow - I was expecting a Christmas red......

It's a little too wild. I wish the greens weren't so long and spindley. Overall it feels a little disjointed.

I love the photo…as for feedback looking for something a little fuller. Would like more eucalyptus.

The bouquet was perfect. I just wish the delivery would have been sooner. But overall great job. Sonia

It is a little skimpy compared to the photo online. I wish the plants were just a bit fuller. I really like the cactus and little white pot with stand. And of course the balloon is a cute touch.

The arrangement looks a little droopy and a lot more white that the photo online. Not D bright and cheery. Based on my history of using/receiving gifts from your florist, I'm hoping the photo is simply not doing it justice. 🙏

The ordering process was simple as I have ordered several floral bouquets for my daughter in the past. It was delivered when promised. I liked receiving the photo, however, the bouquet was mediocre. I did request a colorful bouquet and trusted that the floral designer would have chosen to place a couple roses, hydrangeas and baby's breath. I don't think it was worth what I paid for. It was simply created and this order was my least favorite of all the orders I've placed.

It doesn't look like the picture I saw online. It is not what I ordered. This is my go to place and i am disappointed.

They look almost all open already which means they won't last very long. Would like to see the roses closed a little more so they last longer.

I love the colors. The photo on the website showed the orchids in the back a bit more full and it's hard to tell in the photo but it looks like the leaf hanging down my the pot is not healthy. Hopefully it looks better in person.

Why is the color of the base different than what I ordered. It was supposed to be a fall bouquet with an orange colored face and that is not what being delivered?

I don't see the bright hot pink like shown on the website.

Well…. I'm really sorry but .. this is Not the prettiest arrangement. I asked for a fall theme and the website has some beautiful arrangements. This is not one I would have picked out. I won't go with florist choice next time. Thank you for the picture though. The call and response time has been good.

Beautiful, but asked for white and gold.

The wreath was nice, but we requested pink and white flowers only! There were specklings of purple flowers, which I didn't mind, but was not what we requested!!
