The online picture presents better than what you are sending. I realize this is not your top end arrangement, but if it were centered arranged more like the picture, I'd be likely to rate higher.

Cute arrangement but a bit smaller than expected. I ordered a balloon with this as well and I felt this made it look better. I did not love the random ribbons in the arrangement that were placed, they took away from the flowers.

I was very disappointed to see a pink bow. As you know this was signed with warm thoughts and sincere sympathy, I would have expected a white or purple bow.

I was surprised they couldn't go from the Prentice store to North Water. I find the arrangements are a little more exciting. Doesn't look like much for $50, but it's fine.

These were delivered on Saturday afternoon and by Monday evening the only blooms that still looked fresh were the snap dragons and the Gerber Daisy. It is unfortunate that it didn't remain fresh for the dinner centerpiece.

The arrangement looks like the kind of arrangement you would get at a hospital flower shop. I expected more because I have heard nice things about your flora design. I wouldn't order again, but they came quickly and made my friend's day.
