Thank you for the photo but it's not at all what I was expecting for a $109.00! disappointed!

This does NOT look like the plant I ordered. I would NOT have spent $100.00 on THAT. Please call me. This is the second notice I have sent.

Since it has not been delivered the best I can do is advise that it looks good SO FAR

Not as pictured at all, very sparse on flowers, mostly filler, colors wrong

My arrangement is supposed to be really bright colored flowers oranges purples bright pinks and no reds

Ordered and delivered same day, looked great. Dying the next morning, very disappointed.

I don't want yellow flowers. They are supposed to be pink. Do you have white? Yellow should not be used for a funeral.

I'm disappointed. We chose the arrangement that featured lilies because they are our d-i-l's favorite. This one is heavy on roses which are not.

The flowers were not fresh other than that the arrangement was nice.

I like the example one that I ordered from so much better than this one. I was looking forward to the yellow lilies! The photo is good so I can see the actual arrangement but as I said I like the one from the website so much better this does. It does not have the elegance of that one and I'm paying a good deal more. I would not select this.

This is diapppinting! It doesn't look tropical at all. Gladiolas are for weddings and funerals. It was supposed to be in a large TALL vase. It is too dark and doesn't look exciting at all! I trusted you and you let me down! Can you replace dark purple orchids with white orchids to brighten it up? Also, get rid of the gladiolas and add more orange lillies. Goes out too much on sides. This is for a business, not a dining room table!!!Too low and wide! You did not read the order taker's notes. $349- I am just sick.

The quality of my flower delivery was not great compared to my previous years experience, the arrangement was just mediocre. However my main complaint was with Customer Service. I've used Bices for three years now to send flowers to my grandmother who lives six hours away, so I rely on customer service as I can't bring these to her. The lady I spoke with at was very short, rude, had no answers for me. On to the next florist because clearly they don't care for my business.

Is the daisy missing pedals? I would like more orange flowers instead of the yellow daisies if possible. Thank you.

There should be at least 3 roses according to website photo. Too much greenery not enough flowers for $100.

Unfortunately, no! This is not what I ordered! I ordered this IN PERSON and discussed AT LENGTH with the young lady, showing her a picture from YOUR website. This looks NOTHING like advertised. Shame on you BICE'S! What's pictured above is NOT WORTH $150!!!!
