That's not as grand as what was featured in your photo. The glass crops was more prominent, the flowers where larger. Disappointed.

Plants are great but bowl is WAY DIFFERENT than online 😏

There is only one flower on the deluxe plant? This is poor value and not as advertised in the online photos

Extremely disappointed. Flowers delivered Friday and were droopy and now today is Sunday, Mothers Day and They don't even look good enough to put on the dining room table with our meal. $100 wasted!!

What on earth is up with the tulip on the left hand side?!

Disappointing. Not at all what I expected for $114. Certainly not what was promised based on picture for Designers Choice on website. Very small. Too few flowers. No cohesive design. Colors didn't work together. Looked like big white flower was afterthought and whoever put together used slightly wilted flowers left over from Mother's Day arrangements. Very sad. This was an important gift for me to my daughter.

I not a big fan. I would rather pay more and get something different.

My arrangement the color scheme and foliage (added Christmas Holly?) did not match sales photo. Specifically said no red flowers. When I tried to correct was told they are “hot pink” and sales person threatened to cancel my $250.00 order and hung up phone. Not to worry won't be ordering from your shop ever again.

I'm honestly disappointed in these, they are called “pop of pink” and there is WAY more green than anything. Have these been sent already?

The color arrangement / placement is not impressive. Would have preferred only pinks and whites. Disappointing.

The floral arrangement looks like it was just thrown together. I was just wanting to send something as a pick me up for a friend, I may have chosen the wrong arrangement being that it is not arranged in a vase. Really disappointed.

The one my wife received on Friday has already had the flowers wilting. Given the price and told that I had to send by Friday is a disappointment and the first time I ever got this time of plant from you. I have been a customer for a number of years.

This do not look like the Blooming Peace Lily Deluxe that I ordered.

My Wife did not like the arrangement for our 14th Anniversary. Wish I could attach the photo of them that she threw them in the driveway. None of the suggestions I added were taken into consideration. She said they looked like sympathy flowers not Anniversary. Probably the last time I ask Bices to select flowers with designers choice option.

Pretty disappointing arrangement for $120. Not much there. Most likely Will never use Bice again, and will definitely not recommend.

The receipient never received the flowers, the hospital doesn't have a record of receiving them. I suggest that you take off hospital delivery as a delivery option since you can't guarantee the person will get them.

Is this the deluxe? Doesn't look full enough to me or what I paid for. Looks like the lesser version, I am not too happy.

Totally disappointed, because this looks nothing like what I ordered. I don't see the cheddar, and what is that small bottle in the box? Forgive me, but this is pretty shitty. Don't expect me to ever order anything from Bice again. Totally disappointed!

This was a horrible cheap arrangement. For $200 this was by far the worse arrangement I have ever seen! Carnations?? really!!?

They did not look like the picture. Super disappointed.

The roses wilted and died within 2 days. I am not pleased and will locate another florist to handle future purchases.

I would like to add that the card is in very poor taste. It is an advertisement more than a gift card. I am used to a nice handwritten note on a simple little card with an appropriate picture on it. It doesn't cost more to do that. But it makes the recipient feel like someone really cares more so than this printed advertisement card. Will go elsewhere in the future.
