This was a horrible cheap arrangement. For $200 this was by far the worse arrangement I have ever seen! Carnations?? really!!?

They did not look like the picture. Super disappointed.

The roses wilted and died within 2 days. I am not pleased and will locate another florist to handle future purchases.

I would like to add that the card is in very poor taste. It is an advertisement more than a gift card. I am used to a nice handwritten note on a simple little card with an appropriate picture on it. It doesn't cost more to do that. But it makes the recipient feel like someone really cares more so than this printed advertisement card. Will go elsewhere in the future.

This is not what I ordered-not even the same color scheme. And it looks like A LOT less flowers as well. Very disappointed. Wow. Not worth $59.99.

The pops of pink I chose had more flowers than this one. And completely different colors of pink. Can it look more like the picture on your website?

Horrible service. I called before ordering and was assured flowers would be delivered before 2pm at a business, but it got delivered 5pm after the recipient had left the office. I called the florist shop the following day and the lady I spoke to was so rude, and hung up on me while making my complaints. Horrible customer service.

The cross is smaller and I do not like the container you put it in. It looks nothing like the picture of my order. You need to replace asap

Flowers or faded. After just two days some had to be thrown away for the paid. They should last a lot longer.

Though I am appreciative for the quick turn around, the photo online is not at all what we received. It was definitely not as full, nor did it have the look as I was expecting. It looked very much like it was made in a rush, I wish I could have ordered with more time. Perhaps more care would have been put in to have made it look more like the photo.

Just so very disappointed. Based on the pictures we viewed at the store the actual arrangement was very small or dinky. They, at first, did not add in the extra flowers we paid for and they did correct their mistake, but a $300 arrangement should not look dinky. My mother also paid $300 for an arrangement and it was very pretty. There were 5 sprays at the funeral and ours was an embarrassment. It's a terrible thing to send flowers for a family funeral and walk in to see something like that spray. It was no where the size the store employee told us it would be. American Airlines sent the same arrangement from a different florist and it was striking and beautiful. We will never use Bice Florist again and I doubt if anyone in our family will either.

This doesn't even resemble the example picture of what I selected This doesn't look like An Ocean Breeze. It looks more like a yellow & green forest than an white & blue ocean. I'm very disappointed!
