looks like a pretty plant. I would prefer red ribbon. But all in all satisfactory.

For the price … I'm totally disappointed. It should be more full with yellow roses added along with greenery. It would have been prettier is a shorter rounded vase with colored marbles or something. Please make some changes. I appreciate the picture.

I do appreciate getting a photo because I live out of state & would not have a chance to see it in person. I know I signed an agreement that you might have to alter the design a bit but I am disappointed that there are NO flowers. Just greenery & ribbon.

Thank you for the photo. However, would have preferred receiving it before you delivered the flowers so that adjustments could be made. This arrangement doesn't look nearly as full as the picture on your website. I expected more for the money we spent.

I'm slightly disappointed with this one when I compare it to the image online. Online, the angel looks much larger and there are more roses. I still love Bice's and will continue to order from them, but this is for my father's memorial and I was hoping for better.

I was expecting a few more flowers and less greenery, based on the photos in your website. This is for my daughter's special 60th birthday, and I'm not able to attend. Thank you for the photos.

Happy Thanksgiving. From the photo you sent I was not happy with value perceived for the price. However my friend who it went to, Jane Hardenbergh sent me a much better picture and I felt better about it.

Dissappointed for $100plus the cost of delivery etc.. does not look like picture on website.I will see it in person Thursday. This was to be delivered tomortow

Not as nice as the photo shown that I ordered! I like the flowers but appears a much smaller/not as nice vase. I do appreciate getting a photo of what is actually being sent. But is much smaller

Well I paid $125 and the premium was like $105+/-, and it had 12 roses. I paid even more for not only the premium with 12 roses but extra white lilies and whatever designers thought. So I am disappointed especially since I paid much more, plus tax, delivery.

Arrangement was different from the one on the website. It was not as nice. The original had strands of ivy which gave it more dimension. The ivy was replaced with stiffer fern. It was delivered to the hospital on time as requested. I appreciated that they sent a photo of the actual arrangement.

Picture on the website shows far more daisies and no fern. Salesperson said that was the more expensive choice which is what I ordered. Would really have preferred it to look more like the picture or at least to have been told I would be getting all that fern which wasn't on the website. If costs have affected product, new pics should go up on the website.
