I probably should have started out my order with Jessica that I needed a arrangement for funeral because she hurt my feelings and being sad anyway I could hardly read my cc# and what to say on card for crying but she did get more friendly by the end of order.The arrangement is so beautiful!

The roses should be pale pink with a few hot pink. The hot pink are good but the others look more peach. The lilies are pretty.

Too much green, not enough flowers.

This doesn't look like a $125.00 basket?!?!

I really wanted more of a spring bouquet with more flowers and less so greenery. I am disappointed with what was sent and it doesn't look like it should have cost me what I had to pay.

I was a little disappointed in the flowers this time. They were drooping when I got the arrangement. I've never been disappointed with your flowers before.

Pretty, but I expected more color and bigger for the coat compared to others I seen in the area.

It looks nice. Seems like more roses & not carnations in the picture I ordered from? (Sorry, retired long term floral designer here) I thought substitutions were only if you didn't have the right flowers in stock? You obviously have roses. Thank you for sending a picture. Wish more florists would do the same

Requested pink and feminate.Not what i pictured

The photo on the website showed the arrangement very full and neat. I am disappointed that the product is not arranged as I would have thought.

Photo online was much prettier and fuller sorry but its not even close to the photo

The flowers are beautiful but to be completely honest, my daughter and I both looked at the picture and did not think it looked like a $300 arrangement. I would have thought it would be bigger and more showy. My daughter showed me a picture of an arrangement she had done elsewhere that was $125. I could not tell any noticeable difference in the two. thank you for sending the picture of the flowers look like they're almost bloomed. I'm thinking in a day or two they will be all bloomed back. Is it possible put fresh buds in there?

Could use a few more roses looks a little sparse

It looks nice but the picture I ordered definitely looked nicer, richer. The colors look never fall, online there was blue and bigger roses. A nice arrangement but …. I do appreciate the picture.

Arrangement was lovely. Unfortunately a couple of the flowers wilted the second day despite making sure foam was wet. I know sunflowers are not long-lived as cuts but 2 days is short and the others are still fine after 4 days.
