The flowers did not look very much like what was shown on the website. I was also promised that they would have been there by 12 because I ordered about a month prior and they didn't show up until 8 pm. I received no texts telling me any information and I had to contact customer service to find out. I contacted them the first time and it said I would receive an email or text when they heard something but never did. The website showed that they were delivered but they were not delivered until later.

Definitely will not be ordering again, I ordered the Delux package and the flowers are nowhere near close to the photo online pretty disappointing for 75$

I thought they were terrible for what I paid. I've ordered a lot of flowers through FTD and these were unimpressive. So disappointing.

Very disappointed. They look nothing like the flowers we picked out and for the amount of money my dad was charged. Her flowers looked like they are already dying

flowers smelled really sour, they caused me to sneeze often and aggressively would not reccomend getting any flower from here. My uncle is now in the hospital with a viral infection from the flowers!!!

Hello, I wanted to share my feedback regarding my recent flower bouquet order. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the experience. The bouquet was much smaller than expected for the price, and the flower quality did not seem fresh — some flowers looked old and wilted.additionally, the bouquet didn't last for more than two days, which was very disappointing. This was my first time ordering from you, and I was really hoping for a better experience. I hope you can take this feedback into consideration to improve future orders.

I have never had an issue ordering flowers before. The bouquets are fresh, full and beautiful. This was pitiful. There were dead flowers. I paid over $100 by the time delivery and tip. The hydrangea had barely anything on it and it was losing flowers. There was a dead flower hanging over. I am so disgusted.

That's a terrible arrangement. Not only does it look cheap and tacky, it looks nothing like the photo I chose from online. I'm embarrassed that's what my recipient received.

No they are were not fresh flowers they looked like they are a week old when I got them - very disappointed- I of course would never tell my granddaughters that they were terrible
