I never get the flowers ordered here. Delivery guy failed to deliver them as I wasn't home. They said they reschedule to the next day but no one contacted me and I didn't get them at all.

Flowers looked cheap & not at all what I ordered, delivery was late despite paying more to have them delivered to the house & the delivery person would not leave them for the recipient so it didnt even arrive! Awful service!

These were for a sympathy ~ I am very dissatisfied with the arrangement design along with the brown on all of the roses?. Not happy at all....very embarrassed!!!

When I received my flower arrangement it looked nothing like what's in this photo. I called and spoke with Salma - I also informed her when the delivered they were placed on the top cement stair without any covered protection from the cold and the delivery person didn't even ring the bell - I also expressed my disappointment that the arrangement didn't look professionally done at all - everything was just shoved and crowed in the vase and the ribbon looked horrible. Needless to say I was not satisfied with the arrangement. Salma was very professional when I expressed my dissatisfaction. I was asked to send photos - which I did the following evening - as if this survey I have not received a response to that email.

FLOWERS WERE LEFT ON STAIRS, NOT PORCH. AND EVEN WORSE. UNCOVERED. IN CHICAGO.

Arrangement is beautiful but arrived without any water. I was out of town and my husband received but was not aware there was no water in the arrangement. By the time I arrived home the next morning the flowers were all wilted. I cut the stems and added water but the damage was done ☹️. I have never received flowers without water.

While these are very beautiful they come no where near what I had ordered. This is all carnations. What I thought I was getting was supposed to be red roses and red mini carnations. The only thing that resembles what I thought I was ordering is the shape. I urge you to have your designers read the description and look at the picture from the website that the order came from.

Flowers were ordered to be delivered on Sunday once we got home from the holiday. Instead they attempted to deliver them on Saturday when we were out of town, then didn't try to deliver them Sunday and tried to deliver on Monday while my wife and I were both at work. They should have been delivered on the stated day, and we never got the flowers.

No, died right away. They were supposed to arrive a week earlier with a card. No card. Would not tell me who they were from.

Horrible! It was falling off the vase that I had to smoosh it all in just to stay inside the vase. It's arrangement is unappealing. The ugliest flowers I have ever received. I was so annoyed trying to rearrange as as just started falling off the vase. I'd give no stars if I could.

This is not at all what was ordered.

When I ordered this it said it would be delivered the same day, which was a meaningful day commemorating the loss of a friend's daughter. I tried calling the florist to confirm and no answer. It wasn't delivered on the day the website indicated which was very disappointing to me.

The flower delivery was scheduled to be delivered prior to 4:00 PM. At 5:15 it still had not been delivered. The delivery was then rescheduled for the following day. The next day the delivery was canceled via an email. The flowers were never received. I'd give a ZERO star review if I could.

We requested for our flowers to be delivered on Sept. 15th. They arrived a day late on Sept. 16th. No explanation or apology was given as to why they weren't delivered on the date specified.

I was very dissatisfied with the flowers, it did not reflect what I ordered. I ordered the large bouquet got the small, flowers also did not reflect what I ordered.

Not sure why you would request a review to an order that never delivered and then ask the recipient to pay for a redelivery.

They were late and the next day , my coworker comes over and says you have flowers and candy in the front ,melted chocolate and wilted flowers!!!!l did not let the the sender know it would have broken her heart ! I did get asked by my coworkers what delivery service was that???????

The flowers were nearly dead. Extremely poor value for what was delivered.

If the above picture is what was delivered, I am highly disappointed. This is not what the original picture of the flowers I ordered looked like. Looks like something I could have purchased at the grocery store. Sorry to sound rude, but for the price I paid I expected much more.

You guys dropped the flowers in the back porch, recipient did, not find out 2 days later. Missing a box of chocolates and greeting cards. Terrible job very unprofessional.

Very disappointed with the flowers and arrangement. Flowers were wilted, no bear balloon and, no chocolates delivered as sender paid for. It was a Get Well arrangement and it very so sadly depressing to see what was delivered.

The flowers that I paid for and the flowers that I received were not the same. I was supposed to receive 36 roses. Instead, I received 24z

They were not what was ordered for me for my birthday by my sister. They were a very odd combination of colors.

I usually don't leave reviews, but I believe thoughtful feedback can help a business grow. While I appreciated the effort that went into my arrangement. However, it didn't quite meet my expectations. The flowers shifted in the vase, likely because there was no foam or netting for support, and the design lacked a focal point or variation in height to create movement and visual interest. A memorable arrangement typically has a structure that guides the eye and a “wow” factor that makes it stand out, which I felt was missing here. I'm sharing this feedback in the hope it's helpful for future designs, as I truly value the artistry and care that go into floral work.
