Flowers was DOA. Was unable to enjoy if you would like a picture of same day and video it would be no problem to send

I never received the flower delivery

The arrangement was delivered in below zero temperature but when I received it the flowers and vase were frozen. Almost like they had been outside for a little while. After they were delivered and thawed out the flowers died immediately.

I'm in the military and away from home so I try to do small meaningful things for my wife while I'm away! I was disgusted when I saw the battered and dead flowers shown to me by my wife the day of delivery!

Hello, I didn't receive anything from this order. I was told I should've received flowers Thursday. What time was this delivered and to whom?

Nice selection of flowers BUT ROSES AND EVEN GREENS WILTED WITH LEAVES FALLING OFF!

Terrible delivery just Terrible. I was text and called to say I had a delivery. Nowadays you don't answer unverified numbers. Thete was no florist name associated with message. Once here a woman called and said I left flowers by your door. Once I got to door the arrangement was up against the door so I couldn't open it PLUS, 5-6 Daisy's had fallen out of arrangement and was on door step. Not in a bag, no recipient card it was a mess. She didn't know who it came from. I will never use this florist or delivery co.

The flowers arrived looking like they had been arranged for awhile. The ends of the roses were brown and one purple flower stem was broken.

Thanks for your inquiry. Unfortunately your arrangement was not fresh. I say that based on my experience as a florist. The Sunflowers were wilted and some of the other flowers were also wilted. My wife informs me that the roses in the arrangement were old and the rest of the flowers were very cheap. Definitely not up to what I expect ordering from 1800Flowers. Very, very disappointed.

This was not what I ordered and was very disappointed. I wanted something for new years and not Christmas that is why I ordered blue and white not red and white .

The leaves were all droopy and wilted. There was no real design to the arrangement just flowers in a vase . Not one if the nicer arrangements I've gotten

The flowers look old, the roses are not opening and are brown on the edges and some of the flowers were dead on arrival. Someone sent me these and I think they should get their money back.

I was very disappointed! First , I stated I wanted red roses, carnations and greenery for a memorial.The representative suggested an arrangement that sounded good since I had no picture. I ordered a Premium arrangement for. $80 with a fee and tax, $104.00. What I got was an all white, thin arrangement with white roses, about 6 of them, a carnation was broke and a gapping hole. Maybe it fell over. It could have been bigger with more roses and flowers. I'm very sad. I have pictures of I can send them.

You asked so sorry to say the white roses were half dying by Christmas morning. Tried to take a picture to show you but I could not get the pictures to post Nice idea for the Christmas Tree bouquet but the old white roses ruined the effect

The flowers were disappointing. They looked sparse and like they were a week old. I would have attached a picture but didn't know how to attach it. The flowers were a gift, but I would not order from here if I were looking for a florist in the future.

Flowers don't look good not opened up. Some look like they ate almost dying.

I'm very unhappy with the service from Guzzardos! I have tried to call and the voicemail is full. You caused us a lot of confusion trying to make sure the arrangement was delivered to the correct home!

It did not look nothing like the picture and what I paid for

The flowers are a huge disappointment! The arrangement was supposed to have a column candle not a taper which totally changed how often you can light the candle. When it was delivered, the flowers looked like they were not in good shape. A number of flowers were wilting the next day making the arrangement impossible to use!!

Ordered a large centerpiece and medium was delivered. Called 1-800-flowers and they assured me a large would be delivered on the 22nd. When the centerpiece was delivered it was the small. When I placed the order the candles were gold. When both were delivered the candles were red. This was supposed to something special for my daughter and her family bi was so disappointef

Your flowers were terrible! I was so disappointed! I will never use you again! My flowers looked nothing like what you Pictured.
