We didn't get them

No. The carnations had dark edges and already wilting when they arrived.

Very displeased. By the time we got it (5-6pm), the flowers were in horrible shape. Some stems were broken. Green blocks were in multiple pieces making it difficult to repair.

I never received my flowers.

I could see the delivery person outside my housing looking for the flowers in the car for about 10 minutes! The flowers were horrible! When the delivery person handed them to me they fell all over the floor! I would tell my friends they wasted their money! I would put zero stars if possible!

The flowers ordered did not look like the picture on the website. They were extremely expensive and didn't turn out as I had hoped.

I am the person who ordered and Amanda did not receive her flowers. This isn't even what I ordered. Worst customer service ever.

This arrangement looked nothing like what was in the picture. I am really upset at how awful this looks. I plan on calling my credit card company to dispute. Please call me at 8478734659 if you want to make this right.

We ordered Extra Large flowers but was disappointed when the smallest of all with wrong flowers arrangement was sent. Upon notifying we were sent the same small one again. Was charged for the Extra Large but was delivered twice the smallest one. Will not order again!

Beautiful arrangement really enjoyed it

Delivery was supposed to be in the morning. Recipient of the flowers leaves at 4, was text by the driver and didn't deliver until 5pm. No box to safely drive home with. Message card wet and soggy.

We never received these. Left a couple of voicemails asking if we could come pick them up since we were not home when the delivery person was here and we're told he cannot leave them on the porch. So we tried to reach the business to find out where flowers were and if we can come pick them up ourselves. The flowers look very nice but we didn't get them.

Stop texting and asking for ratings! I need reliable flower delivery, not another job to do. It is stressful and obnoxious! I gave you my number and not my recipient. How horrible it would be if you begged my friends like this! Stop the GD texts! I will never use this service again!

I was not impressed with the flowers. I could have arranged these myself. There was nothing special about them

Leave flowers at main entrance, not on side door.

That's not the arrangement that I ask for and my order was for a deluxe arrangement that is not a deluxe order. And it was to have a pink ribbon around the vase.

Was not happy ☹️ especially for the price Only 1 rose and the picture when you order was showing more very disappointing 😞 and the balloon when u order it shows a big mylar balloon not a little one on a stick Ridiculous almost $90 for carnations mainly When you start ur order it doesn't say about the $ 14-15 handling fee I am out out town my daughter is the one in the hospital I should've just asked a family member there to go bet her something smh

The item that was delivered was not what I ordered. I don't see how it was a good substitute. The height was wrong and there werr hardly any fillers. There are less flowers also. I am really disappointed.

Delivery was great. Quality of flowers not good. Sent a picture to my friend who sent them and she said that's not what the picture showed when she ordered them for my for the death of my mother.

Flowers were lovely, but card was clearly for someone else. Wished someone else good health after a “fender bender”? Wrong name, I had the common flu, and felt bad for my employer (sender) who paid to send the wrong sentiment to the wrong person.

We never received the flowers. The delivery person texted us he could not find the address. The WRONG address was on the ticket he sent us. The ticket had 1804 Naperville Blvd… WRONG. We sent the driver the correct address of 801 South Washington st, Naperville, Il. We received another text telling the flowers would be delivered when more information was received. I was released Saturday and never received the flowers. Maybe not your fault but we sent you the correct address on Friday. We never received a phone call. We never received confirmation the correct address was received even though I responded the the text that was sent to us. Don't know what happened to the flowers but we never received them. Can you tell us who was the sender so we can reach out to them and thank them for the kind thought? This could have been fixed if we had received a phone call and the correct address would have been given. Also, there was no information/phone number on the ticket that we could have called. We replied via the text# but never received a reply. Again, please send us the name of the person that sent me the flowers.
