The flower arrangement that was advertised on tele florist website you did not even come close to doing. There were no pines of fur. The candles are white and looks like you keep out as much as possible on the greenery and the flowers. I would never recommend your florist because the centerpiece you delivered look like a piece of shit.

The flowers were terrible. They were wilted and petals were already starting to fall. They were delivered on Friday and by Sunday, the few roses had already collapsed at the stem. The water was murky and green as if they had been on display for a week. The worst quality of flowers I have ever received. 8 contacted the shop DESIGNS BY GUZZARDO's but their voicemail was full and I could not leave a message. I would NOT give any stars, however, that wasn't an option. I already contacted the sender, I hope they get a FULL REFUND!!!

Flowers were not premium quality, i paid for premium and you can see most daisies and not the roses i ordered. Very dissatified.

Not very fresh. Flowers didn't last more than 2 days - even changing the water and adding flower food.

I never received my flowers. I was at my dialysis treatment when I spoke briefly to the delivery driver who contacted me on building intercom. I told him I was not there, he hung up and that was it. Who was the person who sent them? Seriously disappointed someone paid for flowers for me and I did not receive them. Very disappointed.

The flowers are wonderful I love them. Very good job.

I received that flower order for my birthday and I wasn't impressed. I am a lover of flowers and this arrangement wasn't great. The purple flowers were wilted, the other flowers were dull and placed together very sloppy. The Birthday banner was thrown in the vase and couldn't be read without some major adjusting. The flowers died in about a days.

I was harassed by the delivery driver. He kept texting and calling. He was late and insisted that I wait for him texting. You can wait for me. The delivery was supposed to be a surprise that he ruined. I have a father in a hospital and I had to be there at the certain time. I don't need to have someone tell me if I can or cannot wait. This was the most stressful and awful experience getting flowers. Told my husband never to order from you again because I don't need to be harassed via calls and text.

Unfortunately I never received this flower delivery!! They messaged me that they would arrive in 5 min, however I couldn't but miss it because I was not at home. I hurried home and left messages to them several times to reschedule the delivery but they never came back. They should have scheduled the delivery ahead of time instead of just 5min notification before the delivery. I assumed they didn't left the delivery at the door because of the weather, however they could expect things ahead of time also. Also, they should respond to my messages at least and try to communicate to reschedule or offer a refund. This is not fair for the customer at all. Very very disappointing and ruined the social occasion as well. Absolutely waste of time and money.

Unfortunate that the flowers were left outside with no covering and no notice that they were delivered.

The flowers was left on my front porch and they had no plastic wrap around them. I didn't know they were coming and left for church . I didn't see the text until 6:30 pm and they were frozen .

They were dead when they delivered them unfortunately.

I was so thrilled that a friend and colleague sent me the flowers and when I sent her a photo of what had arrived, she continued to profusely apologize because it was not what she had ordered. She sent me a photo of what she had ordered versus what had arrived and the difference was shocking! I feel terrible that my friend spent money on the flowers that arrived. I felt like it was a scam and profusely apologized that she spent any money on this.

They are very small for the price !!!! Not delivered on time !!!! Will not use you again!!!!

Flowers were not delivered on Monday as ordered and no answer was given as to a redelivery. Please advise 314 -374-0137.

Delivered without a card-next delivery called me to tell me who they were from Roses were brown on the edges Mums were already dying Sunflowers dried and shriveled Overall extremely sad arrangement. So disappointed as I am sure my friends that sent them would be extremely unhappy

I did like the flowers but had to throw the roses and daisy flowers away in just three days. Do you think that was right?

I received flowers that we're left on my doorstep at 5pm on Friday. I was home all day and ran out to the store. They were not wrapped in paper... left in a glass vase. They were already fully opened. 24 hours later, 4 of the roses were already dying showing browning on the edges. The person who sent them to me spent over $100. I feel so bad!! Today not even 72 hours later (and after changing the water yesterday and adding flower food,) only 6 remain...and they look tired.

Flowers were not delivered until 5pm which is after hours for a school. I didn't receive them.

The flowers were beautiful but I was also supposed to get chocolates which I never got! This was a surprise from my husband and the delivery driver contacted me ruining the surprise and on top of it when my husband called to complain about the chocolates missing the worker on the phone laughed and said the driver must of ate them. We did get a refund for only the chocolates, but this company is not a good place mainly for surprises. Never again!
