They are dead today. They didn't last as long as they should have have. They were beautiful when they arrived. I think they were too crowded.

I'm sure customer paid good money and an added delivery fee on top of that and pretty sure they felt confident the arrangement would arrive fresh. Unfortunately they arrived looking many days old and already on their way “down” so didn't get much time to enjoy. I'm sure the arrangement would have been stunning when first made.

My husband ordered the flowers for my 50th birthday. He paid extra to ensure they would be delivered on Monday 7/14, my actual birthday. I did not receive them until noon the following day. Disappointing. I sent him a photo of what I received and he actually thought they were from someone else because they looked nothing like the flowers he ordered. He sent me a photo of what he ordered and they are very small and disappointing compared to the photo. They added a small balloon that wasn't even inflated all the way! My husband called yesterday because he was very disappointed since this was a pretty momentous birthday for me. And was asked to send an email, which he did. As the recipient of the flowers, I am also disappointed. I feel he should get his money back, the flower arrangement was much smaller and very cheap looking compared to the photo he thought he was ordering, and you should replace the flowers with the correct arrangement. Overall, not happy. And very disappointed in the flowers and service.

This is not what was ordered by the sender. He ordered sunflowers and these were not sunflowers.

They delivered the wrong arrangement! It was completely different from what was ordered for me. Very generic and not at all the more artistic one that was selected. I felt terrible, because the person who sent it was so upset. Quite shocking!!!

Very disappointed because the flowers were a gift for my mom& the flowers were not what the picture showed so I would not recommend to anyone cause your pictures are not what we purchased & am hoping that I can get a refund since what I purchased was not what I saw & 👀

Not even what my friend ordered - I understand she is receiving credit for this order. Shame, shame!!

Flowers arrived after 5pm, and only because I needed to call and check on them. The flowers were not fresh and some were wilting upon arrival. I will never order from here again!

Horrible!! These flowers were wilted like they had been in a hot car fir too long. When I visited yesterday, most were dead!

Flowers did not arrive on Fathers Day and when they did the message in the vase was Get Well instead of Happy Fathers Day!!!terrible!! Will never use this service.

What I received was vastly different from what I ordered. I understand substitutes need to be made but the bouquet received was not worth the price paid. I ordered a large bouquet and received what looks like a small.

I got them sent for a birthday gift from my mom, had 2 have them sent twice because the first order was wrong. The second one came and was even more disappointing a lot of the flowers were dead, the leaves had holes in them, many were wilted. Extremely disappointing, wouldn't order here again.

They look nice. They have not yet been delivered.

It's nice, but not worth what the amount of money that was paid. Will not use this service again.

I never received any flowers.

The flowers were not the right color, there were only 7(red), there should've been 13, 12 deep purple, 1red, then colored in purple with lilies and ashers as fill, instead I got 7 wilted red roses. Delivery was supposed to be at 12.. wasn't delivered until 3pm..I was already gone for the day from my job where the delivery was supposed to be. Over all I would not recommend ordering from here again as the pictures in the website look nothing like the actual finished product. The only reason I'm giving 1 star is because that's the lowest I can give.

The bouquet did not have a lot of flowers and was just filled with wild grass, was not pleased. Also, this is not what my aunt had ordered. I would have been more pleased if I received what was expected. Also, disappointed with the service and delivery, came three days late.

I am really upset that the ordered I placed was wrong and the balloon as well, Very disappointed the experience I got . First I place an order in this company.

Husband paid for expedited delivery on a Friday but the order was delivered too late and they sat in my office all weekend and died very quickly.

I never received my order as promised. Original order sent to Chicago address, the Iris flower was absent from the order. A second request was requested for the arrangement to be delivered to 404 Keach loop , Steilacoom, Washington 98388. Nothing has arrived m. It is 11am PST now on Sunday, April 13. I received a text of a delivery. I am still waiting and that was probably a week ago!

Arrangement did not look remotely like what has been advertised or displayed on website. I understand there would be some bud of the Lilly but not all. I expect a wow effect and some flowers were damage during transportation or delivery.

The flowers where beautiful, BUT,, they where in a GET WELL vase instead of Happy Birthday vase,, that was very disappointing, for me the recipient and for my mother the sender. And there where definitely less flowers than the picture.
