The flowers look like they were just thrown in the vase not arranged. Lots of missing spaces and an uneven profile. Flowers on the outside are taller than on the inside.,, you can see it on the picture. Arrangement looks very cheap.

You lied about delivering my order and when I canceled it you still delivered it but to the wrong place.

Flowers looked nothing like what I ordered from the larger service. I am sure they farmed the order out locally, buy I paid for a different arrangement. I was disappointed.

I didn't like my dad's BD flowers. I ordered large bouquet with mixed yellow and white flowers but order was plane white and small size.

The unwrapped floral arrangement was terrible. Two of the 3 carnation heads were broken as were the tops of the other purple flowers. It is a $35.00 flowers arrangement poorly designed, with no protective floral wrap and colors that look completely dull unless it is in front of light colors as done in the picture I am sure my daughter spent quite a bit of money for this arrangement and you should refund their money I was a floral designer and so I have experience with these matters.

Due to arrrive 1/20 am, arrived 7:00 pm, flowers were handed off in sub zero temperatures uncovered no box etc. one rose wasn't in the vase, broken foliage

I understand my floral gift was ordered as a full bouquet of 100% sunflowers yet that was not what I received. My order also included expedited delivery charge yet deliver arrived at 6pm rather than before 3pm as paid. It is not right for a merchant to not acknowledge order deviations or credit purchaser for the paid expedited service. Please credit purchaser for this order.

The picture that was ordered and what was delivered was terrible! The picture was a lot fuller and much prettier. I'm truly disappointed! I wish I could put a picture of the description picture along with what was delivered and it's unacceptable.

The driver contacted us, and we requested that the flowers be left with our neighbors next-door because it was so cold out. Even though she did that, they were half dead.

Flowers came unwrapped in poor condition they were in the trunk of a car . Flowers were frozen condition especially when notified they were being delivered and could not be delivered outside

Flowers were dead. I called and they sent new bouquet that was alive but not as nice as the first one.

This experience was by far the worse the flowers didn't look like any of the pictures very disappointed I would never buy it from them again

Never again. I ordered this for my daughter, Jean… Not only it was delivered late, the flowers came looking like it's in half of its life, the vase looking like it's holding 6 flowers. I would not want to give this to anyone. Never again

Flower arrangement was half dead when received. It was subzero outside and came totally unwrapped.

Ordered flowers, a balloon, medium chocolate and a large bear on one order, the same thing, only small chocolates and medium bear on another order. Never received 2 balloons, $10; 1 large bear, $25, 1 medium chocolate, $15. And there was no way for me to know that they lied, unless you go and ask the person, which would be awkward, but I saw it when visited with her. So, essentially, they would have stolen $50 from me. Shame on this company!!! You should earn money in an honest way, working, not stealing.

I'm her niece I ordered the flowers for her birthday. So I didn't see them she turned 81 yrs old. So long as she was happy with her Gift. Your flowers were to Dark some of them should have been lighter.

Flowers was DOA. Was unable to enjoy if you would like a picture of same day and video it would be no problem to send

I never received the flower delivery

The arrangement was delivered in below zero temperature but when I received it the flowers and vase were frozen. Almost like they had been outside for a little while. After they were delivered and thawed out the flowers died immediately.

I'm in the military and away from home so I try to do small meaningful things for my wife while I'm away! I was disgusted when I saw the battered and dead flowers shown to me by my wife the day of delivery!

Hello, I didn't receive anything from this order. I was told I should've received flowers Thursday. What time was this delivered and to whom?

Nice selection of flowers BUT ROSES AND EVEN GREENS WILTED WITH LEAVES FALLING OFF!

Terrible delivery just Terrible. I was text and called to say I had a delivery. Nowadays you don't answer unverified numbers. Thete was no florist name associated with message. Once here a woman called and said I left flowers by your door. Once I got to door the arrangement was up against the door so I couldn't open it PLUS, 5-6 Daisy's had fallen out of arrangement and was on door step. Not in a bag, no recipient card it was a mess. She didn't know who it came from. I will never use this florist or delivery co.
