Flowers were not delivered until 5pm which is after hours for a school. I didn't receive them.

The flowers were beautiful but I was also supposed to get chocolates which I never got! This was a surprise from my husband and the delivery driver contacted me ruining the surprise and on top of it when my husband called to complain about the chocolates missing the worker on the phone laughed and said the driver must of ate them. We did get a refund for only the chocolates, but this company is not a good place mainly for surprises. Never again!

Very small and the flowers were not good

I like 1.800 FLOWERS. I don't like my order getting to the location late, and if the picture is what I ordered why do the flowers look wilted? This occasion was a funeral I could not travel to. I thought sending these flowers would be a small gift for my absence. I'm a disappointed customer.

Was not satisfied with the flowers. They look nothing like the picture on the website and they weren't even wrapped, just put on the porch.

My family told me they paid 200.00 for flowers. Was not worth it.

No you guys suck to be honest! Boyfriend paid extra for 40 roses & I only got 24 & the bear was small asf & balloons were small asf ! The order was supposed to be here before 3pm it got here at 5pm

My flowers were left outside in really hot weather without contacting me to let me know they were sitting outside. By the time I received them they were wilted.

I have not receive my flowers. I received a text that the driver was on the way from Melrose Park on August 19 but there has not been a delivery to my house. I am Very disappointed as they were sent for my birthday.

Flowers that were delivered was not what was ordered. A few carnations definitely is not an $85 arrangement. Incredibly disappointed!!!!! Will never use this florist again! This florist again!

Very disappointed roses were fully open by 930pm it was delivered around 6:30pm. It was given water with powder but petals already falling off yesterday

Terrible service. Ordered flowers for my 53rd wedding anniversary on 8/15 ordered on 8/14. The flowers we delivered at 630 pm on 8/15 while we were out to dinner. These should have been delivered during the day. No excuses

Died next day

Very disappointed. I ordered premium and they look less than the tier below (deluxe) or even the standard! Not a single lily is open. Should have been in cylinder vase, but is in classic, and the twig garnishment is not there. Plus I was on Ruth's Roses website, not sure why Guzzardo got the order. Sad display not at all as I ordered.

Unfortunately they are already brown and droopy and do not look like the picture you sent. The lillies barely opened Very Disappointed.

I never received flowers

The flower arrangement was not lovely and lush. It was filled with inexpensive filler flowers and not with any color. Do not recommend ordering from here again. Too expensive for the actual arrangement.

The delivery was delayed due to lack of finding address. The flowers were not what the 1-800 flowers website showed. They are wilting already. Overall bad quality

These are beautiful flowers, but I never received them. However after a complaint, 1800flowers was willing to refund the amount and give a pass to try them again.

The flowers were delivered and since I was not home, delivery guy decided to open my door and leave them inside, they flowers look store bought and not like a bouquet, the water was already dirty like if they were old flowers.. poor quality, my boyfriend included a balloon and payed for it and was not included. Terrible service. Would not use again

Flowers look terrible. Order was made from old flowers. Not the bouquet that was order. Missing flowers from the order. Bouquet ordered had expensive fresh flowers, different style and different vase. Very disappointed. Already filed complaint with the company it was ordered from. No stars! It should be 0! Just look at the picture of the arrangement. Very disappointed and very sad!
