When order was received the bouquet wasn't wrapped in anything!!! The flowers were already wilting so dissatisfied with it!!

Broken succulent and some flowers wilted looked a mess very disappointing.

Wish I could post picture of what was ordered, looks about half the size and half flowers. Never ordering online again ty

Not what my daughter ordered. flowers were tired and wilted. A definite fail. She needs a refund. Feels scammy.

The roses have been cut so short unevenly and the carnations have two different colors. Look like you find all the pieces from the trash. I request a refund or a replacement!

Poor. Flowers was not delivered từ correct address as listed. Poor customers and delivery service. Do not Use this company.

It was okay I realize that they have to change flowers but the smaller yellow flowers took away from the bouquet and for what I paid I don't think it was worth it I don't usually order flowers but I wanted the delivery to be special I don't think I'll be ordering again Thank you

I am very unhappy about the flowers! It looks nothing like what I ordered from the flower company! The flowers that I ordered had pink carnations, yellow roses, yellow Gerbera daisies, and mini yellow carnations. .The only thing that was the same in this arrangement is the yellow roses!

Terrible, paid for premium flowers, got a Walmart version. Photo showed 25 roses, what I got delivered was 5, customer service was terrible. No real compensation

Terrible. The designer did a horrible job. Very few flowers and mostly green and the center piece was all different lengths and flat in the back. Never again! This is the second time.

They were horrible! Don't know who designed them but I threw out half the bouquet.

The flowers themselves were beautiful. But, I had two orders of same day flowers and both of them came extremely late NEXT DAY. One person paid for morning delivery and the flowers came next day afternoon but said it was delivered the day before at 3pm. Which was not true and I have pictures as proof. The second set of flowers that were sent to me, the sender let them know also that business close at a certain time and again they were delivered after close of business and NOT THE SAME DAY. These flowers were for a special reason and both of them missed. Worse flower arrangement experience I have ever had but, the flowers were beautiful.

Recipient never received flowers!!!

The flowers arrived without any water. Apparently they had fallen over during delivery. Thus one of the stem was broken and the information card was sopping wet. It was not until several hours latter when the card dried out that we were able to peel it apart to find out who the sender was. There was no wrapping at all???? I am not familiar with your establishment, but I feel confident I would not order from you.

Wilted flowers, discolored and definitely not fresh.

These were my second set of roses because the first delivery flowers, the roses were all closed and they looked like they were just thrown in the vase with no care. I was also suppose to receive chocolate covered strawberries but didn't until the third delivery. More than half of the strawberries were not fresh and had to throw away.

The arrangement was beautiful but it must have been made with old flowers as the carnations and white roses were wilted and dead in 4 days.

Really disappointed. This was a birthday delivery, and some of the flowers look like they were on their last leg. Dried out, the roses looked a bit tattered, and the edges were frayed. The order was purchased through 1800 flowers and I did take it up with them, and they assured me another bouquet would be sent. Considering the cost, more care should've been taken.

That's not the picture of the flowers I have for 87 plus dollars horrible the balloon deflated. Will never order again. They looked old.
