The roses were stressed, and the stock was dying. It was a very cold day, and there was no wrapping or plastic. This arrangement was nicely designed, but the flowers arrived in poor condition.

Did not read special instructions on the order

Flowers are lovely! Your delivery not so much. Flowers left on sidewalk outside my apt.building. No paper or plastic to cover them. It was 9degrees! Could have easily been killed by cold, knocked over and broke the vase. U didn't even put note in envelope. Luckily a neighbor brought them indoors.

I did like the arrangement & cute vase. But the flowers were delivered without any wrapping. It was cold the morning of delivery,I received them from the driver & gave him a nice tip, not sure if that is the reason the flowers only lasted one day!! Very disappointing!

Unfortunately, I wasn't pleased with this order. Whoever delivered it did not handle with care. The arrangement looks nothing like what I ordered. Not to mention some of the flowers stems arrived broken.

I wish this was the arrangement i received prettier than the one i got on monday.

The vase was nice, but flowers seemed beat up and many blooms were gone. Arrived with absolutely no protection towards the end of day. Some wilting right away.

I was actually a bit disappointed as I ordered a gray elephant for the vase. Also the amount of flowers was minimal for the price that I paid.

Some broken and delivery was very very late.

To be honest, I thought the flowers were awful and very poorly presented. The delivery person handed me a glass vase, no box or plastic wrapping. The flowers were just stuck in haphazardly. Very poorly presented workmanship. No effort put into this arrangement at all.

The flowers were just ok. The candles are crooked, I had to take them out because they were still wrapped in plastic. some of the flowers are already wilting. The bow used is more for Christmas, not thanksgiving

The flowers were delivered to an office building after hours, unfortunately I did not receive them. I will make sure my boyfriend knows to be specific about my jobs business hours next time for delivery.

1st delivery was fine. Second, unnecessary, delivery was left on my front step, the door bell rang and the driver walked away. I have a fractured shoulder and can't use it so the flowers stayed outside , getting untrained on, for several hours till a neighbor was able to come by to bring them in. Boo!

The quality of the flowers was great, very beautiful and fresh. However attention to detail is very important, 2 of the roses had a petal hanging and the vase was too big it made the flowers spread out and not look “put together”. The note was ripped out in a “messy” way. When a thoughtful gift is ordered for someone details are very important. Delivery was also over an hr past the expected time.

These flowers are beautiful, however they don't scream happy birthday! They look like a fall arrangement

They looked beautiful when they were brought to the door but it was a cold Chicago day & they weren't wrapped- in 2 days the roses died- they should have been protected.

The arrangement was sent to the wrong address on the delivery due date. The person ordering it was on the phone for over an hour that day trying to solve the problem. The arrangement arrived the following day looking less than fresh.

My flowers was pretty but a few of the flowers was dieing already by the time I received them. I also found it very unprofessional the driver texted me about my delivery that was suppose to be a surprise. It was disappointing to have the surprise ruined.

They are not really alive after two days, sadly. It was so very sweet of my dear friend to send them. They were much appreciated. Thank you-

My friend told me that was not even close of the one she ordered for me it has half of the flowers She saw in the picture 😔

The flowers were absolutely stunning however, the delivery driver called and ruined the surprise and also called me five times to keep telling me he was gonna be late and I had to stay late at work to get my pretty flowers.

This didn't look anything like the photo of what I purchased.

You delivered on the wrong day!!!! Despite my calls to you and confirmation from you

I was ok with my order, I wasn't overly impressed. Paid a lot and they look just o.k.. Oh well - better luck next time.
