The arrangement was nice but I was shocked that there was no covering on it like a clear plastic wrap and it was left outside in the very cold weather. The delivery person sent a text but it was confusing. It said…there's a flower arrangement-that is all. Not that it was at the front door. As a consequence the roses have died. My nephew sent this and it cost him a lot of money and he can't really afford it. The arrangement would have been beautiful if not for that.

My birthday flowers arrived but are NOT Live flowers but a dried arrangement . My kids were surprised and disappointed as was I . We were all expecting live flowers. how did this happen ? Sincerely Carol Cloud 773-370-4383

The design was nice but the delivery was horrible. It was not boxed nor even wrapped in cellophane.

Beautiful arrangement.

The flowers were broken and most were dead and fell apart when I unwrapped. Terrible.

To be honest the roses and sunflower were brown and shriveled the next day. I was a disappointed. I am sure these were an expensive gift.

The arrangement was pretty, but the flowers could have been more lively. The roses had brown tips and the wilting process had already begun and same for the sun flowers. My initial reactions were as follows: Excited to receive flowers, felt bad that someone paid money to send something nice and this is what was sent, I hope these last more than a few days, how can someone send this out like that, if only a few flowers are being used the best of the best should be chosen. I understand prices have sky rocketed, but if a flower is not fresh, it should be tossed, not added to an arrangement. Additionally, I loved the text updates, but delivering/shielding materials should be invested in (bags, boxes, etc.).

Roses are dropping after two days. Not good quality. Also the bouquet was delivered with no packaging. Perhaps the flowers are doing poorly because they were beat up during transport? The arrangement is lovely and brightened my day when it arrived.

The design was not what was ordered. I he base was too big for the flowers. Customer service was responsive but didn't respond.

My TELEFLORA order included a happy birthday balloon, which was not delivered with the flowers. I should get reimbursed for the flower shop not including the balloon.

Honestly I was a little disappointed because I expected more flowers and for it to look like the picture you guys provide on the website for the amount of money I paid I expected them to look way fuller and nicer

The ceramic pumpkin is white! It was orange in your picture! I would not have bought a white pumpkin had I known. This also supposed to be your largest version, it was alot smaller than I expected.

The back side of the photo was not captured in this picture as there were dead flowers and the sunflowers were withered. I was disappointed to see that. I have a photo of the other side of the flower arrangement.

The arrangement I received is pretty but it doesn't look like this photo. The flowers were delivered before I got home and as I walked to my front door one of the roses was laying on the ground. Many of the flowers are already wilted.

That is not my arrangement! Mine arrived with yellow daisies and the front petals were falling off. The carnations that are the “paws” were browning already and the greens were dried out. Mine did not have the yellow flowers. My arrangement looked a bit rough.

Although flowers were lovely, not what my person ordered. My person tried to send me an order with a white puppy made out of flowers. Second delivery of flowers was correct.

The roses were browning at the edges and looked old. The arrangement was messy but the colors were pretty.

Unfortunately I was told that it was supposed to be in my favorite color pink vase.

The arrangement is beautiful, however the delivery was way past the time it was supposed to be delivered, therefore I didn't get to recieve the flowers, a co worker did.. and the texts prior to the delivery ruined the surprise.. otherwise the flowers themselves were beautiful

The flowers delivered did not match the 1800flowers order. What was ordered was not what was requested? And it was requested twice from 1800flowers.
