Roses are dropping after two days. Not good quality. Also the bouquet was delivered with no packaging. Perhaps the flowers are doing poorly because they were beat up during transport? The arrangement is lovely and brightened my day when it arrived.

My TELEFLORA order included a happy birthday balloon, which was not delivered with the flowers. I should get reimbursed for the flower shop not including the balloon.

Honestly I was a little disappointed because I expected more flowers and for it to look like the picture you guys provide on the website for the amount of money I paid I expected them to look way fuller and nicer

The ceramic pumpkin is white! It was orange in your picture! I would not have bought a white pumpkin had I known. This also supposed to be your largest version, it was alot smaller than I expected.

The back side of the photo was not captured in this picture as there were dead flowers and the sunflowers were withered. I was disappointed to see that. I have a photo of the other side of the flower arrangement.

The arrangement I received is pretty but it doesn't look like this photo. The flowers were delivered before I got home and as I walked to my front door one of the roses was laying on the ground. Many of the flowers are already wilted.

That is not my arrangement! Mine arrived with yellow daisies and the front petals were falling off. The carnations that are the “paws” were browning already and the greens were dried out. Mine did not have the yellow flowers. My arrangement looked a bit rough.

The arrangement is beautiful, however the delivery was way past the time it was supposed to be delivered, therefore I didn't get to recieve the flowers, a co worker did.. and the texts prior to the delivery ruined the surprise.. otherwise the flowers themselves were beautiful

The flowers delivered did not match the 1800flowers order. What was ordered was not what was requested? And it was requested twice from 1800flowers.
